Our Thyroid Castor Oil Pack is designed to reduce toxins and inflammation around the thyroid gland. It is made of 100% organic materials and includes a heating pack, 100ml bottle of oil and a wipe away mitten.

Pack Contains
- 1 x 100% Organic Cotton Thyroid Castor Oil Pack (including heating pad)
- 1 x 100% Organic Wipe-away Flannel
- 1 x 100ml Organic Castor Oil
- 1 x 29.6ml Bottle of Detoxadine
- Take two teaspoons of ‘Enhanced Health Organic Castor Oil’ and pour within the lines of the castor pack.
- Warm the mini heat pack in the microwave for a total of 2 minutes (60 seconds on each side, full power).
- Insert the mini heat pack into the thyroid pouch. PLEASE NOTE: Thyroid pouch is not designed to be heated and should never be put into the microwave. Only warm up the heat pack.
- Apply your castor oil pack to the thyroid area and affi x the heat pack to the velcro. Using the straps, secure your thyroid pack. Leave on for 30 minutes.
- Remove the castor pack and wipe the area with the fl annel which is included in your set to remove any excess
- If possible follow with a castor pack over the liver for 45 minutes.
- Every 8 weeks (approximately after 40 uses) wash your insert flannel.
- Start by adding 4 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda to a bowl of hot/warm water.
- Immerse your insert fl annel and leave to soak overnight. Bicarbonate of soda will pull most of the castor oil out.
- After soaking the flannel thoroughly, wring the flannel and place in the washing machine at 30c on a gentle, delicate wash with mild natural soap.
- Leave to air dry on the radiator or airing cupboard.
