How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout

 Who are our Couriers?

We use Hermes and Parcelforce tracked delivery, you can track your order via the link in your confirmation email. 

I am purchasing from outside of the UK, what do I need to know?

We are currently unable to ship to locations outside of the UK

Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries), please contact us in writing at hello@enhancedhealth.co.uk. Please note there is a 14 day cooling down period (from date of postage) before we will take action on lost or missing parcel sent by standard delivery.
