Better Thyroid Castor Oil Pack

1. Take two teaspoons of ‘Enhanced Health Organic Castor Oil’ and pour within the lines of the castor pack.
2. Warm the mini heat pack in the microwave for a total of 2 minutes (60 seconds on each side, full power).
3. Insert the mini heat pack into the thyroid pouch. PLEASE NOTE: Thyroid pouch is not designed to be heated and should never be put into the microwave. Only warm up the heat pack.
4. Apply your castor oil pack to the thyroid area and affi x the heat pack to the velcro. Using the straps, secure your thyroid pack. Leave on for 30 minutes.
5. Remove the castor pack and wipe the area with the fl annel which is included in your set to remove any excess
6. If possible follow with a castor pack over the liver for 45 minutes.

1. Every 8 weeks (approximately after 40 uses) wash your insert flannel.
2. Start by adding 4 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda to a bowl of hot/warm water.
3. Immerse your insert fl annel and leave to soak overnight. Bicarbonate of soda will pull most of the castor oil out.
4. After soaking the flannel thoroughly, wring the flannel and place in the washing machine at 30c on a gentle, delicate wash with mild natural soap.
5. Leave to air dry on the radiator or airing cupboard.
