Thyroid Castor Oil Pack Instructions
- Take two teaspoons of ‘Enhanced Health Organic Castor Oil’ and pour within the lines of the castor pack.
- Warm the mini heat pack in the microwave for a total of 2 minutes (60 seconds on each side, full power).
- Insert the mini heat pack into the thyroid pouch. PLEASE NOTE: Thyroid pouch is not designed to be heated and should never be put into the microwave. Only warm up the heat pack.
- Apply your castor oil pack to the thyroid area and affi x the heat pack to the velcro. Using the straps, secure your thyroid pack. Leave on for 30 minutes.
- Remove the castor pack and wipe the area with the fl annel which is included in your set to remove any excess
- If possible follow with a castor pack over the liver for 45 minutes.
