The castor belt allows you to easily apply organic cold pressed castor oil to your body with no fuss. No longer do you need to worry about wrapping cling film and a flimsy flannel around your torso; the one size fits all, premium quality belt allows you to move and sleep without fear of oils leaking or staining your bedding.

The Beauty of Castor Oil
Castor oil, pressed from the castor seed, is a beautiful organic oil that has been used for thousands of years as a remedy for a large range of ailments. It is extremely high in Ricinoleic acid, which is thought to be responsible for its health promoting benefits.
Organic cold pressed castor oil has been described as the oil that heals. Our mess free, high-quality organic cold pressed castor oil belts are designed to make organic cold pressed castor oil packs easy and practical.
Recommended Use
Use for 4 consecutive days, rest for 2 days and then repeat until symptoms improve. This can be anywhere between 4-12 weeks. For many people, a castor pack becomes part of their daily routine and a lifestyle choice.
Never use a castor pack during your period as it can contribute to heavy flow. Castor packs can be safely used throughout the rest of your cycle.
Directions
- Use the adjustable straps to ensure the belt fits snugly to your shape
- Lay the belt on a flat surface with the flannel side facing up
- Take ¼ measuring cup of Enhanced Health 100% Organic castor oil and pour generously across the flannel. ** Once you have applied the initial ¼ on your first use you only need to apply 2-3 tablespoons of castor oil to the flannel for each use moving forward.**
- Wear warm socks to ensure you are not losing any heat and a loose shirt that you can use specifically for when you apply a castor pack. (Castor oil stains so be sure to find something that you can use repeatedly just for this, a t-shirt or baggy jumper will do).
- Rub an additional tablespoon of castor oil onto your abdomen
- Wash your hands
- Put on the belt
- Take your Enhanced Health Heat Pad and warm in the microwave as instructed
- Find a quiet spot, lay down and apply the heat pad to the abdomen for a maximum of 30-45 minutes.
- Once completed remove the belt and use your EH organic flannel to wipe away any excess castor oil.
- Every 8 weeks (approximately after 40 uses) wash your insert flannel.

Start by adding 4 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda to a bowl of hot/warm
water. -
Immerse your insert flannel and leave to soak overnight. Bicarbonate of soda will
pull most of the castor oil out. -
After soaking the flannel thoroughly, wring the flannel and place in the washing
machine at 30c on a gentle, delicate wash with mild natural soap. - Leave to air dry on the radiator or airing cupboard.
